各相關(guān)學(xué)院：
根據(jù)上海理工大學(xué)教育發(fā)展基金會(huì)通知，2019年校愛克獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)審工作開始啟動(dòng)，現(xiàn)將愛克獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金有關(guān)評(píng)選事項(xiàng)通知如下：
一、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)對(duì)象及人數(shù)
1、機(jī)械工程學(xué)院（3 碩士+8本科）
機(jī)械制造及其自動(dòng)化
電氣工程及其自動(dòng)化
2、材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院 （2本科）
3、光電信息與計(jì)算機(jī)工程學(xué)院（2本科）
二、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金額
1、本科生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金：每人4,000元
2、研究生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金：每人4,000元
三、實(shí)習(xí)與就業(yè)
公司可向獲獎(jiǎng)學(xué)生及其他在校學(xué)生提供實(shí)習(xí)與就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)，學(xué)校負(fù)責(zé)向甲方推薦品學(xué)兼優(yōu)的學(xué)生。名額與資質(zhì)要求由雙方共同商定。對(duì)于在實(shí)習(xí)期間表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生，公司可以考慮優(yōu)先錄用。
四、愛克獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)選條例
（一）研究生：
Post Graduate:
1.二年級(jí)的在校研究生。
Post graduate student of the Second year.
2.具有較強(qiáng)的研究與創(chuàng)新能力 。研究成果突出、具有應(yīng)用推廣價(jià)值。
With strong innovation and research abilities. The research done has the value for application.
3.具備社會(huì)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn) ，較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)和分析解決問題的能力。
Active participation in various social practices and have demonstrated good learning ability and problem solving skill.
4. 較強(qiáng)的組織、計(jì)劃及協(xié)調(diào)能力。
Strong in planning and organizing.
5. 良好的溝通和人際交往能力 ，具備團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
Good communication and interpersonal skill. Is a team player
6. 誠實(shí)、正直。
High integrity.
7. 熟練掌握英文聽、說、讀、寫并獲得大學(xué)英文六級(jí)合格證書。
Good command of English in speaking,listening, reading and writing.CET Level 6.
8. 熟練的電腦運(yùn)用技能。
Good computer skill.
9. 有愛克實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同學(xué)優(yōu)先考慮。
The students who has the internship experience with Accurpress will be preferred.
10. 篩選比例為 2:1。
The selection ratio shall be 2: 1.
（二）本科生
Bachelor:
1.三年級(jí)的本科生
Third year graduate.
2.學(xué)習(xí)成績在年級(jí)前 40%或者在專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)、科技創(chuàng)新等方面有突出進(jìn)步。
Academically strong (top 40% students of the grade) or having outstanding achievements in professional learning innovation and other aspects.
3.較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)和分析解決問題的能力。
Good learning ability and problem solving skill.
4.較強(qiáng)的組織 、計(jì)劃及協(xié)調(diào)能力。
Strong in planning and organizing.
5.良好的溝通和人際交往能力 ，具備團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
Good communication and interpersonal skill. Is a team player.
6.誠實(shí)、正直。
High integrity.
7.熟練掌握英文聽、說、讀、寫并獲得大學(xué)英文四級(jí)合格證書。
Good command of English in speaking, listening, reading and writing. CET Level 4.
8.熟練的電腦運(yùn)用技能。
Good computer skill.
9.有愛克實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同學(xué)優(yōu)先考慮。

10.篩選比例為 2:1。
The selection ratio shall be 2: 1.
四、申報(bào)及評(píng)審條件
1.符合申請(qǐng)條件的學(xué)生向各自輔導(dǎo)員提出申請(qǐng)并上交以下材料；（11月13日下周三中午12:00截止申請(qǐng)）。凡逾期不報(bào)或材料不符合要求的一律按自動(dòng)放棄處理。
2.所需提交的申請(qǐng)材料應(yīng)提交：
（1）書面申請(qǐng)書一份（手寫版）；
（2）紙質(zhì)版和電子版附件2-《愛克獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)表》和附件3-《2019年愛克獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)學(xué)生情況匯總表》各一份；
（3）紙質(zhì)版和電子版支撐材料（成績單，英語計(jì)算機(jī)等級(jí)考試證書、獲獎(jiǎng)證書復(fù)印件、榮譽(yù)證書復(fù)印件、發(fā)表論文及科研成果復(fù)印件等）。
3.學(xué)院將成立評(píng)審小組，對(duì)提出申請(qǐng)的學(xué)生進(jìn)行初審，遴選確定優(yōu)秀學(xué)生候選人；
4.愛克（蘇州）機(jī)械有限公司對(duì)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金獲得者進(jìn)行篩選，最后確定獲獎(jiǎng)人員名單；
5.在相關(guān)學(xué)院內(nèi)對(duì)結(jié)果予以公布。
